Hellstern’s Rule of History

One of my freshman year Western Civ professors hit the nail on the head when he promulgated what he called "Hellstern's Rule of History" to us, a rule I will never forget. "Them thats got the guns make the rules" You can argue with the implications of that rule but you cannot argue that it is not true.

Citing sources

Unless otherwise noted all photos or graphics on this website were taken or created by me or are open source images available on the web. I endeavor to provide proper attribution to any work not my own. I figure since I go after people plagiarizing my stuff I should go out of my way to cite sources on my page.

I generally use the Chicago Style manual since that is what I am most familiar with from Grad School and because it is standard in the Humanities.

If I have inadvertently posted your work without attribution by all means contact me and I will either or fix the citation or take the offending content down.
